They used a door code to let themselves in and out as we were at the hospital. When we returned from the hospital, with our first born child in our arms, we found this wonderful note from Frank Pasquesi. He thanked us for allowing him to be part of this special part of our lives. He informed us of the problem, other issues that he found, and how he resolved it. He also left the towels we had down folded neatly by our laundry room. This business deserves your business. They treat customers like human beings and to me, that id the most important part of business. We are placing the attached letter in our daughter’s memory book so that we can always remember the kindness and compassion that Pesquesi went above and beyond to deliver in our time of chaos.
